Leapt with lunacy on the MacOS 12.0.1 RC update and
happy to report nothing apparently going on there interfering
with current versions of LiveCode.

That is good to know, thanks!
I'm no where near the bleeding edge these days, quite the opposite (retro) lately. I used to be one of those first to upgrade types back in the day, but not so much anymore.

I'm still running 10.14.6 because I have 32 bit software that hasn't been updated that I still like to use occasionally.

I did the same with PowerPC software on X86/X86_64 with Rossetta 1.0, up to MacOS X 10.6.8, at least for a few years until that became too annoyingly outdated. Basically just "outdated" for certain essential websites, as there were some security patches available from the community for manually updating bits of the OS itself. I know there is some back-ported web browsers like TenFourFox and Classilla but sometimes those are not updated for long periods.

I still have setup with close to maxed out MDD G4 that boots, 9.2.2, 10.4.11, 10.5.8, and the recently out in the wild 10.6.0 PPC beta mod!

I stilll have some much older hardware, including my first Mac, a 512KE, upgraded to a Mac Plus modded for a whopping 4 Megabytes of Ram! I gather these mods makes it slightly less of a collectible, but oh well, it served me well in the 80s.
