iSmell iShell 4.5

Post by richmond62 »

Poking around on a polycarbonate iMac of mine running MacOS 10.7 I came across sonething called iShell, of which I have no memory whatsover.

It has a trial licence that expired in 2018, so until I disconnect the machine from the internet and set the clock back . . .

"However, advanced users who already have some experience with applications like Flash or Director MX should take the time to understand iShell.

It allows you to add enough plugins and create many commands to build your very own CD if you know how to use the program properly."
I can't tell from this description if this is a multimedia interface construction tool for DVD-ROM/CD-ROM projects for computers, or if it's a menu-screens construction tool for VideoCD (VCD) or DVD Video discs meant for TV-set-top players. I remember circa mid-2000s there was an open source project that I used a few times that did the later and work fairy well, but I can't recall the name of it.
