The video plays fine for me, if that was the problem. But I guess what you mean there is no download button. As the Latvian National Theatre would have copyright such things are usually copy-protected I would think. At least you can copy the transcript of the interview.

I learnt how to "Mathewson" translates into Latvian. That might come in handy one day.

I gave a quick shot using JDownloader2 but it only grabs the two Youtube videos lower on that page.
TV stations are usually pretty diligent about trying not to allow their video streams to be hijacked, even by proud fathers.
You might have to do it old school way and record the screen while playing the video in it's entirety, using software screen recorder would be best but if that's DRM protected on a hardware video playback level then use you could always use a cellphone to record your computers screen (movie-theater bootlegger style).

Yes, I tried JDownloader2 as well, and got the 2 Youtube videos of 'Streetcar Named Desire' (Alexander did all the music for that).

I shall contact Alexander's girlfriend (they are getting married at the end of May) as she has her fingers in many pies in the field of Latvian television.

OK but if not, I just now did a 10 second test with the screen-recording software built-in to newer macOS (command+shift+5) cropped to the first video on that page and it recorded fine, just don't move the window while recording.
