As Malte Derbrill's Animation Engine is Open Source we should have no obvious restrictions to us using it with OXT:

https://livecode.com/extensions/animati ... e-5/6-0-0/

Although I wonder whether we could not legitimately store it for download on the OXT site so people will not automatically associate it with LiveCode.

It's already included in OXT Lite.

Fantastic: you should have 'shouted' about that a bit louder! 8-)

I did, twice!
(link and link)
Documentation for it included in the same zip file. (I also reduced the size of that documentation down to a sensible size for inclusion)

OK: sleepy me.

But we do need an OXT landing page that shouts about things rather than the current, rather feeble, effort.

I don't have much time to work on OXT itself, let alone design website.
Anyone is welcome to submit a non-feeble version, and volunteer to maintain it.
I was going to make other pages be hosted on GitHub for easier updating, and also so the website could be collaborative work.
Originally the web site was some template that Seth used to throw together 1-page site with the logo, not long after I made the first version of OXT logo. I added the other (intentionally basic HTML only) pages last year, basically for my own need, sort of as a way to collect links to anything/everything xTalk.
