Question about standalones.

I have just popped together a very goofy flashcard thing for children at my EFL school: the stack weighing in at 109.9 MB (i.e. lovely pictures for 140 flashcards).

For my sins I made it with LC 963 Mac.

Anyway; as an exercise in something I ran off 3 Mac standalones (I actually deploy in my school on Linux 64-bit machines), and got these sizes:

1. LC 963: 126.1 MB

2. OXT Lite 1.0.1: 126.6 MB

3. OXT RC 4: 129.1 MB

and wondered why #2 and #3 were fatter than #1.

The extra 500k ish in OXT lite can be attributed to the difference in the oxt custom icon, and probably scraps of extra code that the standalone builder sees fit to include.

With the amount we've added to the IDE, that's not really surprising.

I know Paul's OXT RC versions also includes extra libraries and things, but I'm sure Paul can tell you more.
