Richmond's idea of a simple kid-friendly game to teach openxtalk has merit. Instructions as a series of posts and downloads didn't work well so he stopped.
Here's a completed stack in the spirit I think it was intended. Richmond could use as a "Build It" template for more games he and his students develop and post. It resizes, sprites are hidden away on a second card, and includes the "Build It" instructions. New games could have new environments and sprites and basic infrastructure already in place.

Re: Beast Revisited
Thanks for posting Terry.
Certainly Richmond's idea with that had merit and I think creating Instructions as a series of posts could work well while constructing a new lesson if the individual posts are then aggregated into a single main post or document later ( kind of like the idea of 'blogging a book').
It would also help if Richmond (or anyone else who wants to give that a go) would let people know that the thread they create for that purpose is NOT intended to be a discussion thread.
