Now, of course, it could be a bad case of "Kisses to Richmond": but I don't think so as I have tried to access that by various roundabout ways with no joy.

That only says something about my egomania as I cannot reach the site via the Tor browser.

Mysteriously restored 19 hours ago, without (of course) any explanation or apology . . .

About 3 days outage.

Yeah I've noticed this happening for me once in a while, but only very briefly. Usually reloading the page brings it up. Perhaps the hosting service is having issues? I know eX-Twitter was taken down by DDoS attacks last week.

I wanted to know what was up with that, and tho it was tempting to write my question into a completely unrelated forum where I knew no one could answer it, instead I just wrote to that company's Support address and received a prompt reply.

Equally, have fun following that link and clicking on "Previous message (by thread)" to read all random messages in the livecode mail lists (!)

Here's a screenshot of that message, for when it disappears.

It does contains some useful snippets of info, such as this.

If you are using a datagrid, and don't want the headings to be clickable so they can be re-sorted, put this in the data grid group script:

Code: Select all

on SortDataGridColumn pColumn
  ##
end SortDataGridColumn
